摘 要:教师队伍的数字化转型是教育现代化不可或缺的一环,直接影响学生的高质量发展。当前,中职教师队伍数字化转型存在数字化意识有待重塑、技术适应性亟需增强、平台资源供需黏性不足、评价发展体系不够完善等问题。通过对上海某校教师队伍数字化转型的实践探索进行剖析,提出如下策略:激发数字化学习内驱力,发挥教师主观能动性;着力实施精准化研培,增强教师技术适应性;打造融通化共享平台,提升资源供给有效性;建立激励与评价机制,健全协同化培育体系。The digital transformation of teaching teams is an indispensable part of educational modernization,which directly affects the high-quality development of students.At present,there are some problems in the digital transformation of secondary vocational teachers,such as the need to reshape digital awareness and enhance technological adaptability,the insufficient stickiness of supply and demand of platform resources,and the imperfect evaluation and development system.This study takes the practical exploration of the digital transformation of teachers in Shanghai Material Engineering School as an example,and proposes to stimulate the internal drive of digital learning and give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers,focus on the implementation of precise research and training to enhance the technical adaptability of teachers,create an integrated sharing platform to improve the effectiveness of resource supply,establish an incentive and evaluation mechanism and improve the collaborative cultivation system.
