面向需求的复合型教育硕士人才培养改革探讨——基于学科交叉融合与院校协同培养的视角

摘　　要：培养复合型人才是知识生产模式变革和教育供给结构改革的时代需求。复合型教育硕士人才具有知识、能力、素质三个维度的基本特征,也有培养规制过程中的“边界”。从基础教育师资配置和学科交叉融合的视角分析,复合型教育硕士人才培养既有教师供给的外部矛盾,也有院校培养的内部问题。优化教育硕士生源的多维结构,创新适应弹性学制的培养模式,共享学科交叉融合的院校资源,是复合型教育硕士人才培养改革的应然选择。Cultivating multidisciplinary talents is the demand of the times for the reform of knowledge production mode and the reform of education supply structure.Multidisciplinary masters of education have the basic traits of knowledge,ability and quality and the“boundary”in the process of training.The cultivation of such talents,from the perspective of teacher allocation in basic level of education and interdisciplinary integration,contains not only the external contradiction of teacher supply,but also the internal problems of college training.The ways for the training reform of the multidisciplinary talents are as follows:optimizing the multi-dimensional structure of the source of the students,innovating the training mode to adapt to the flexible school system and sharing the institutional resources of interdisciplinary integration.
