摘  要:数字经济时代,产教融合、校企合作已成为培养全面发展人才的必然要求、强化专业核心竞争力的客观要求、提升人才培养质量的重要保障,有助于提升专业服务能力、促进职业教育发展、解决人才供需矛盾。虽然产教融合、校企合作在人才培养中发挥了较大作用,但仍面临价值定位不同导致目标不统一、运行机制欠缺导致沟通不畅、资源共享不高导致动力不足等困境。校企双方有必要打造利益共同体、构建长效运行机制、搭建资源共享平台,为社会经济和企业高质量发展提供高技能人才支撑和智力支持。In the era of digital economy,the integration of industry and education,as well as school enterprise cooperation,have become inevitable requirements for cultivating well-rounded talents,objective requirements for strengthening professional core competitiveness,and important guarantees for improving the quality of talent cultivation.This helps to enhance professional service capabilities,promote the development of vocational education,and solve the contradiction between talent supply and demand.Although the integration of industry and education,as well as school enterprise cooperation,has played a significant role in talent cultivation,it still faces challenges such as inconsistent goals due to different value orientations,lack of operational mechanisms leading to poor communication,and low resource sharing leading to insufficient motivation.It is necessary for both schools and enterprises to build a community of interests,establish a long-term operating mechanism,and build a resource sharing platform to provide high skilled talent and intellectual support for the high-quality development of the social economy and enterprises.
