医学生自我身份与职业身份互动整合的跨案例分析

摘  要:医学教育的目标不仅是为医学生提供医学实践所需要的知识和技能,而且是帮助他们构建职业身份认同。医学生职业身份认同已经成为医学人文教育领域的一个重要研究方向。本文采用跨案例分析法进行中外对比,基于自我身份和职业身份2个维度和医学生与导师、学校、专业、环境的分析框架,探讨不同背景之中的医学生职业身份认同问题,从医学人文角度提出相关建议。本研究结果表明,医学生职业身份认同具有共性和差异性:自我身份承担着一种聚焦于社会群体属性的职业身份认同,而职业身份认同还存在着因地域、学校背景和环境所产生的差异。医学教育工作者需要通过反思性实践、社会化环境创设、导师人文教育新机制和与“互联网+”结合的职业身份认同教育,促进医学生自我身份的发展,使之与职业身份互动整合。The goal of medical education is not only to provide medical students with the knowledge and skills needed to medical practice,but also to help them develop a professional identity.The professional identity of medical students has become an important research perspective of medical humanities.Based on the two dimensions of self-identity and professional identity,as well as the analytical framework of medical students and their mentors,schools,majors,and environment,the study conducted a cross-case analysis to explore medical students'identities in different backgrounds,putting forward educational suggestions from the perspective of medical humanities.The results showed the similarities and differences:self-identity could be interpreted as taking on a social identity while professional identity had differences in region,school background and environment.Medical educators should provide students with reflective practice,opportunities of socialization,new tutorial system of humanistic education,and a combination with“Internet+”technology to promote the development of medical students'self-identity,making self-identity interact and integrate with professional identity.
