摘  要:分别用不同体积分数的酸性溶剂提取黑青稞麸皮中的多酚,对多酚提取液的营养成分、体外抗氧化活性和降血糖活性进行分析,并对各指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:1%(体积分数,下同)甲酸40%丙酮提取的多酚提取液的总多酚、总黄酮含量均最高;1%甲酸80%丙酮提取的多酚提取液的体外抗氧化及抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的能力最佳。相关性分析结果表明,酚类物质木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷、柯伊利素-7-O-葡萄糖苷、柯伊利素的含量与多酚提取液的体外抗氧化活性及降血糖功能密切相关。The polyphenols in black highland barley bran were extracted using different volume fractions of acidic solvents.The nutrient composition,in vitro antioxidant activity,and hypoglycemic activity of polyphenols extracts were analyzed,and correlation analysis of each index was conducted.The results showed that the total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of the polyphenols extract extracted with 1%(volume fraction,the same below)formic acid 40%acetone were the highest,and the best in vitro antioxidant andα-glucosidase activity inhibition capacity of the polyphenols extract 1%formic acid 80%acetone was the best.Correlation analysis results indicated that the contents of the phenolic substances luteolin 7-O-glucuronide,chrysoeriol-7-O-glucoside,and chrysoeriol were closely related to in vitro antioxidant activity and hypoglycemic function of polyphenols extract.
