摘 要:目的探讨成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合自我导向学习理论的实习护生急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月河南大学第一附属医院实习护生182例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(91例)和观察组(91例)。对照组接受常规急救技能培训,观察组接受基于OBE理念结合自我导向学习理论的急救技能培训,共培训3个月。比较两组考核成绩及培训前后的自主学习能力[中文版自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)]、核心能力[注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)]、批判性思维能力[中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]、教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识、实践技能及考核总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后与对照组比较,观察组SRSSDL的各项评分、SRSSDL总分及CIRN、CTDI-CV评分较高(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度的教学能力、教学方法、教学效果评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于OBE理念结合自我导向学习理论的急救技能培训可提升实习护生理论知识水平及急救技能,改善其核心、批判性思维、自主学习能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of emergency skills training for nursing interns based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)combined with self-directed learning theory.Methods One hundred and eighty-two nursing interns were selected from January to December 2023 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University,and they were divided into the control group(91 cases)and the observation group(91 cases)according to the random number table method,the control group received routine emergency skills training,while the observation group received emergency skills training based on OBE concept combined with self-directed learning theory for a total of 3 months.The assessment results of the two groups were compared,as well as independent learning ability[Chinese version self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL)],core competence[competency inventory for registered nurses(CIRN)],critical thinking ability[Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)]and teaching satisfaction before and after training.Results The total scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and overall assessment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SRSSDL,total SRSSDL score,CIRN and CTDI-CV scores of the observation group were higher when compared with those of the control group after training(P<0.05).The scores of teaching ability,teaching methods,teaching effectiveness,and total score of teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency skills training based on the OBE concept combined with self-directed learning theory can improve the theoretical knowledge level and emergency skills of nursing interns,improve their core,critical thinking,and self-directed learning skills and increase satisfaction with teaching.
