摘　　要：随着口腔急诊医学的快速发展以及全社会口腔保健意识的逐渐提高,人们对高效、安全的口腔急诊医疗服务越来越重视。近年,以岗位胜任力为导向的医学生教育成为趋势。在住院医师规范化培训阶段着力提高其口腔急诊的岗位胜任力,对于个人未来的安全行医、医疗机构的平稳运行都至关重要。本文通过回顾国内外口腔住院医师急诊岗位胜任力的现状,提出了住院医师口腔急诊岗位胜任力培养的重要性,分析了如何构建口腔住培医师急诊岗位胜任力体系,从认知思维能力、临床医疗能力、医患沟通能力和教学科研能力几个方面对提高住院医师口腔急诊岗位胜任力进行一些思考和探讨,旨在为培养高素质口腔临床医学人才提供一定的思路和参考。With the rapid evolution of stomatological emergency and the gradual improvement of oral health care awareness in the whole society,people are paying more and more attention to efficient and safe stomatological emergency medical services.In recent years,the post competency-oriented medical student education has emerged as a dominant trend.Improving the post competence of stomatological emergency of dental residents during their standardized training stage is very important for their futural safe medical performance and the smooth operation of medical institutions.This article reviews the current status of the competencies of dental residents in emergency positions both domestically and internationally,highlighting the importance of training the competencies for dental residents in emergency positions.It analyzes how to construct a competency framework for dental residents in emergency positions and discusses ways to improve the competencies of dental residents in emergency positions from several aspects,including cognitive thinking ability,clinical medical ability,doctor-patient communication ability,and teaching and research ability.We hope it could provide some references for training high-quality stomatological residents.
