摘 要:无花果曲霉(Aspergillus ficcum)是工业应用及酶生产产量较高的微生物,目前研究应用热点聚集于酶制取、印染、重金属吸附等领域,与黑曲霉在分类地位上、亲缘关系上相近,两者原生质融合种间二倍体的产物较稳定。本文介绍了无花果曲霉形态及其活性特征,重点对其在植酸酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、菊粉内切酶、单宁酶等制备,印染领域染料废水脱色,环保领域重金属吸附,食品酿造及资源综合利用等方面应用和菌株育种保藏进行综述,并对其在应用、制备及育种保藏领域存在的问题进行了探讨,为无花果曲霉及产业研究应用提供了参考。Aspergillus ficcum is a kind of microorganism with high yield in industrial application and enzyme production.At present,the research and application of Aspergillus ficcum are focused on enzyme production,printing and dyeing,heavy metal adsorption and so on,similar to Aspergillus niger in taxonomic status and genetic relationship,the diploid products of protoplast fusion between the two species were more stable.The morphology and activity characteristics of Aspergillus ficus were introduced in this paper,the application and strain breeding and preservation in the preparation of phytase,β-glucosaminidase,inulin endonuclease,tannase,decolorization of dye wastewater in the field of printing and dyeing,adsorption of heavy metals in the field of environmental protection,food brewing and comprehensive utilization of resources were reviewed,the problems in application,preparation and breeding preservation were also discussed,which provided a reference for the research and application of Aspergillus ficus.
