摘  要:目的探讨心肺复苏(CPR)临床教学中案例教学法(CBL)-以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)双轨教学对学生实践操作能力的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月在山东第二医科大学附属医院实习的86名临床医学生,回顾性分析实习资料,以不同教学方式为分组依据,两组学生均由同组带教教师负责教学,教学时间为4个课时,对照组43名采用传统教学法,研究组43名采用CBL-PBL双轨教学法,比较两组知识考核成绩、技能考核成绩、自主学习能力、CPR操作质量及教学满意度。结果研究组知识考核成绩、技能考核成绩、自我导向学习能力评价量表评分、CPR操作质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学总满意率为97.67%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CPR临床教学中应用CBLPBL双轨教学,可提高学生实践操作能力和自主学习能力。Objective To explore the influence of case based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)on students’practical operation ability in clinical teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods A total of 86 clinical medical students who interned at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.Retrospective analysis of internship data was conducted,and different teaching methods were used as the basis for grouping.Both groups of students were taught by the same group of teachers,with a teaching time of 4 hours.43 students in the control group used traditional teaching methods,and 43 students in the study group used CBL-PBL dual track teaching methods.The knowledge and skills assessment scores,autonomous learning ability,CPR operation quality,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The results of knowledge assessment,skill assessment,self directed learning ability evaluation scale score and CPR operation quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the study group was 97.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(79.07%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL-PBL dual-track teaching in CPR clinical teaching can promote students’practical operation ability and improve their autonomous learning ability.
