摘 要:在中小学校推行党组织领导的校长负责制之后,校长的领导力需要与之相适应、相匹配,具有重构的必要性。在分析并比对中小学校领导体制变革前后校长领导力不同侧重点的基础上,基于实践视角,系统分析校长领导力为什么需要重构、如何重构、在重构过程中应当突出哪些重点方面、如何分层分类设计,并就其在实践中如何具体实施提出策略和路径。Following the implementation of the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the CPC organization in primary and secondary schools,it has become necessary and inevitable for principals’leadership to undergo corresponding adaptation and alignment,thereby necessitating its reconstruction.This paper systematically analyzes the reasons for the reconstruction of principals’leadership,the approaches to achieve it,the key aspects to emphasize during the reconstruction process,and the hierarchical and categorical design principles,based on a comparative analysis of the different focuses of principals’leadership before and after the reform of the school leadership system in primary and secondary schools,from a practical perspective.Furthermore,strategies and pathways for its concrete implementation in practice are proposed.
