基于食品营养视角的高校食堂菜品优化策略研究

摘  要:合理的膳食营养不仅能够支持高校学生的身体发育,还能提高学生免疫力,促进其健康成长。鉴于此,本文从食品营养的视角出发,探讨了高校食堂菜品的优化策略。通过实施增加蔬菜种类、推进蛋白质供给多元化、科学搭配谷薯蔬菜、设立低盐低糖专区等策略,可为高校学生提供营养均衡的餐饮选择,有助于培养学生科学合理的饮食观念,提升学生的身体健康水平和学业表现。Reasonable dietary nutrition can not only support the physical development of college students,but also improve their immunity and promote their healthy growth.In view of this,this paper discusses the optimization strategy of university canteen dishes from the perspective of food nutrition.By implementing strategies such as increasing the variety of vegetables,promoting the diversification of protein supply,scientifically matching cereals,potatoes and vegetables,and setting up low-salt and low-sugar areas,college students can be provided with nutritionally balanced dining options,which will help cultivate students’scientific and reasonable dietary concepts and improve their physical health and academic performance.
