基于德国“ 双元制” 教学模式的对外汉语教学模式探究——以巴登—符腾堡州双元制大学为例

摘  要:注重理论与实践相结合的“双元制”教学模式是一种较为有效的教学方式,其为德国的经济和制造业发展做出了巨大贡献。以开创“双元制”教学的鼻祖德国巴登—符腾堡州双元制大学为例,其“双元制”教学模式为:学生入学之前向学校双元制合作伙伴提出申请并被录用;通过选拔机制,企业基于自身的实际需求和发展战略培养高素质后备人才;双元制合作企业承担操作实践类的教学任务;为学生日后就业提供保障。在对外汉语教学中引入“双元制”教学模式,能够提高学生对语言的运用水平,为学生提供生活保障和为企业输送双语人才。相应地,要求对外汉语教学:教学目标明确,精心选择教学材料,选取合适的企业合作和构建复合评价体系。Thedual system teaching model which emphasizes the combination of theory and practice is a relatively effective teaching method and has made significant contributions to the economic and industrial development of Germany.Taking Baden-Württemberg University the pioneer of the"dual system"teaching model as an example itsdual system teaching model works as follows Before enrollment students apply to the dual system partners of the university and are hired.Through a selection mechanism companies cultivate high-quality reserve talents based on their actual needs and development strategies.Dual system partner companies undertake the teaching tasks related to practical operations.This model provides job security for students after graduation.Introducing thedual system teaching model into teaching Chinese as a foreign language can enhance studentslanguage application skills provide them with a living security and supply enterprises with bilingual talents.Accordingly teaching Chinese as a foreign language should set clear teaching objectives carefully select teaching materials choose appropriate corporate partners and build a comprehensive evaluation system.
