摘 要:该研究探讨了问题导向教学法(PBL)、案例导向教学法(CBL)和团队导向教学法(TBL)在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。研究对象为2022年8月至2024年8月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院急诊科接受培训的60名硕士研究生,其被随机分为对照组(传统教学)和实验组(PBL、CBL和TBL结合教学)。为期3个月的教学后,实验组在出科理论考试、门诊接诊能力和临床操作评分方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,实验组在带教态度、内容、方法及效果的满意度评分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,采用PBL、CBL和TBL相结合的教学方法,能够显著提升住院医师的临床水平和教学满意度,胜过传统教学,具备推广的潜力。This study investigates the application of Problem-Based Learning(PBL),Case-Based Learning(CBL),and Team-Based Learning(TBL) in the standardized training of residents in the Emergency Department.The study involved 60 Master's students who participated in the residency training at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2022 to August 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group(traditional teaching) and an experimental group(a combination of PBL,CBL,and TBL).After a 3-month teaching period,the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in the final theoretical exam,outpatient consultation abilities,and clinical skills assessments(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction scores in terms of teaching attitude,content,methods,and outcomes compared to the control group(P<0.05).Our study indicates that the combined use of PBL,CBL,and TBL teaching methods can significantly enhance the clinical skills and teaching satisfaction of resident doctors,outperforming traditional teaching methods,and has strong potential for widespread application.
