摘　　要：关于职业教育基本问题的再认识,事关职业教育发展的底层逻辑,也关乎职业教育事业的高质量发展。职业教育与职业培训、职业教育与普通教育、职业教育与区域经济、职业教育与人的发展等四类关系范畴,是职业教育基本问题中不可忽视的重要方面。职业教育是教育体系不断分化的产物,从对象、目的、形式来看,职业教育在本质上不同于职业培训,但也具有交融之处。从培养内涵、方式与重点来看,职业教育在本质上区别于普通教育,同时具有一定联系,需要认识到职普融通对于教育体系结构、培养高素质现代化人才、推动学生生涯发展的重要价值,并探索可能的现实路径。职业教育通过培养高素质技术技能型人才来实现其服务区域经济发展的功能,限于产教之间的不匹配,职业教育在培养高素质技术技能型人才方面仍存在一定不足,需要推动教学关键要素的改革与创新。职业教育主要通过促进个体生涯的多样化发展来实现其服务人的发展的功能,限于职业教育在服务个体就业与升学方面存在的短板,职业教育在服务个体生涯高质量多样化发展方面仍存在一定不足,需要系统强化现代职业教育体系建设与提高学生的就业竞争力。The rethinking of the basic problems of vocational education is related to the underlying logic of the development of vocational education and the high-quality development of vocational education.The four categories of relationship between vocational education and vocational training,vocational education and general education,vocational education and regional economy,vocational education and human development are important aspects that cannot be ignored in the basic problems of vocational education.Vocational education is the product of the continuous differentiation of the education system.From the perspective of object,purpose,and form,vocational education is essentially different from vocational training,but it also has a blend.From the perspective of the connotation,mode,and focus of training,vocational education is essentially different from general education and has a certain connection.It is necessary to recognize the important value of vocational and general integration for the educational system structure,the cultivation of high-quality modern talents,and the promotion of students’career development,and explore possible realistic paths.Vocational education realizes its function of serving regional economic development by cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Limited to the mismatch between production and education,vocational education still has some shortcomings in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and it is necessary to promote the reform and innovation of key elements of teaching.Vocational education mainly realizes its function of serving people’s development by promoting the diversified development of individual careers.Limited to the shortcomings of vocational education in serving individual employment and further education,vocational education still has some shortcomings in serving the high-quality and diversified development of individual careers.It is necessary to systematically strengthen the construction of a modern vocational education system and impro
