教育强国建设视域下职业教育发展的政策取向

摘  要:我国教育事业发展进入了强国建设时代。新时代教育强国建设的使命目标决定了职业教育改革发展的政策取向。习近平总书记关于教育强国的系统论述是职业教育政策制定的出发点、方向标和方法论基础。职业教育政策的基本走向应该在提升定位功能、扩大服务领域、承担社会责任、引领国际发展等方面重新谋划,把握职业教育支撑国家战略的定位,以服务新质生产力发展要求加快技术技能人才培养的提质升级;把握促进教育公平的国家基本教育政策,重新诠释职业教育的社会功能价值;把握高质量发展的政策主线和时代要求,整体谋划职业教育高质量发展的战略思路、重点内容和实施路径。The development of China’s education has entered the era of building a strong country.The mission goal of building a strong education country in the new era determines the policy orientation of the reform and development of vocational education.The basic trend of vocational education policy should be re-planned in terms of improving the positioning function,expanding the service field,assuming social responsibility,leading international development,grasping the positioning of vocational education to support the national strategy,and accelerating the quality and upgrading of technical and skilled personnel training to serve the development of new productivity.Grasp the national basic education policy to promote education equity,reinterpret the social function value of vocational education;grasp the main line of policy and the requirements of the times for high-quality development,and plan the strategic thinking,key content,and implementation path of high-quality development of vocational education as a whole.
