摘　　要：职业教育是现代教育体系的重要组成部分,坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人是建设现代职业教育体系的本质要求。职业教育“大思政课”育人新格局要凸显政治属性、人民属性和战略属性。职业教育推进“大思政课”建设,还面临思想政治教育理念需要转变,课堂教学模式需要创新,社会资源利用需要加强等现实痛点。我们应该树立系统思维和创新理念,加强顶层设计谋划,发挥好思政课主渠道作用,有效统筹家校社企思政资源,建设好思政师资队伍,将思想政治教育贯穿职业教育各环节、各层面,形成全员、全过程、全方位的“大思政课”育人新格局。Vocational education is an important part of the modern education system.It is the essential requirement of building a modern vocational education system to persist in cultivating talent with Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.The new cultivating talents pattern of“great ideological and political curriculum”education in vocational education should highlight the political attribute,people attribute,and strategic attribute.To promote the construction of a“great ideological and political curriculum”in vocational education,it is also faced with practical pain points such as the need to change the concept of ideological and political education,the need to innovate the classroom teaching mode,and the need to strengthen the utilization of social resources.We should establish systematic thinking and innovative ideas,strengthen top-level design and planning,give full play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political courses,effectively coordinate the ideological and political resources of home-school-social-enterprises,improve the team of ideological and political teachers,and run ideological and political education through all links and levels of vocational education,to form a new cultivating talent pattern of all-staff,whole-process,and all-round“great ideological and political curriculum”education.
