摘 要:根据老鼠簕乙醇提取物的提取工艺和其提取物对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用,找出老鼠簕对α-葡萄糖苷酶及α-淀粉酶的抑制作用强的部位,为进一步开发老鼠簕药用植物的用途提供参考。利用紫外-可见分光光度法,找出老鼠簕对α-葡萄糖苷酶及α-淀粉酶抑制作用强的部位。结果表明:根据紫外-可见分光光度法,老鼠簕根、茎、叶提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用的IC_(50)为0.289, 0.195和0.421 mg/mL,对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用IC_(50)为0.507, 0.321和0.738 mg/mL,均弱于阿卡波糖的0.159 mg/mL和0.306 mg/mL,其中老鼠簕茎的提取物与阿卡波糖最为接近。通过试验发现,老鼠簕茎的乙醇提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶抑制作用最高,与阿卡波糖抑制作用最为接近。According to the extraction process of ethanol extract of Acanthus ilicifolius and the inhibitory effect of its extract onα-amylase,the parts of Acanthus ilicifolius with strong inhibitory effect onα-glucosidase andα-amylase were found,so as to further develop the use of Acanthus ilicifolius as a medicinal plant.The parts of Acanthus ilicifolius with strong inhibitory effect onα-glucosidase and a-amylase were found by UV-visible spectrophotometry.The result showed that according to UV-visible spectrophotometry,the ICso of the inhibitory effect of the root,stem and leaf extracts of Acanthus ilicifolius onα-glucosidase was 0.289,0.195 and 0.421 mg/mL,and the ICso of the inhibitory effect on aα-amylase was 0.507,0.321 and 0.738 mg/mL,which were weaker than 0.159 mg/mL and 0.306 mg/mL of acarbose,respectively.The extract of Acanthus ilicifolius stem was closest to acarbose.The experiment found that the ethanol extract of Acanthus ilicifolius stems had the highest inhibitory effect on a-glucosidase and a-amylase,which was closest to the inhibitory effect of acarbose.
