摘　　要：高职院校食品质量与安全专业肩负培养食品行业高素质技术技能人才的重任,在当前高等教育改革的大背景下,课程思政改革成为提升教育质量、培养全面发展人才的重要途径。学校对“食品质量管理”课程中开展课程思政改革的必要性、课程思政教学总目标、思政元素挖掘、融入路径、教学方法等进行探讨,以期为课程改革提供理论支持和实践指导,培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质食品质量管理人才。The major of food quality and safety in higher vocational colleges shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality technical talents in the food industry,under the background of the current higher education reform,curriculum ideological and political reform has become an important way to improve the quality of education and cultivate all-round talents.Discuss the necessity of carrying out ideological and political reform in the course of"Food Quality Management",the general goal of ideological and political teaching,the mining of ideological and political elements,the integration path,the teaching method,etc.,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the curriculum reform,and to cultivate high-quality food quality management talents with social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability.
