摘 要:壮医药膳是中国饮食文化和中医药文化的重要组成部分,是民族文化对外传播的重要媒介。在文化翻译理论关照下,壮医药膳名称英译应遵循信息准确、功效凸显、文化细分与措辞避讳等原则。在此基础上,根据不同命名类型及其所涉及的主料、药材、功效、烹饪方法等关键信息,可融合应用“功效+主料+with+药材”“主料+with+药材”“烹饪方法过去分词+主料+with+药材”“表达喻体内涵的词语+主料+with+配料”等结构,以及直译、意译、直译加注、意译加注等策略与方法,对其进行有效翻译。Zhuang medicated diet is an important part of Chinese cuisine and traditional Chinese medicine.It is also an important medium of the international communication of Chinese culture.Under the guidance of Cultural Translation Theory,the English translation of Zhuang medicated diet names should follow the principles of accurate information,prominent efficacy,cultural cultural specificity and taboo avoidance.Based on the principles,according to different naming types and the key information on ingredient,medicinal material,efficacy,and cooking method,structures such as"efficacy+main ingredient+with+medicinal material","main ingredient+with+medicinal material","past participle of cooking verb+main ingredient+with+medicinal material","words expressing metaphorical connotation+main ingredient+with+seasonings/accompaniments",as well as strategies and methods such as literal translation,free translation,literal translation with annotation,and free translation with annotation,can be integrated and applied,so as to translate the names of Zhuang medicated diet effectively.
