摘  要:“数字化”时代悄然而至,教师的教学方式和学生的学习模式悄然发生着改变,虚拟教研室作为新型的基层教学组织,已为教育改革提供了新思路和新范式,对于提升教学质量、教研学术水平和破解高校科研与教学矛盾等方面产生了深远影响。文章以我校“食品分析”课程虚拟教研室建设过程中充分利用数字信息技术构建微课共享资源、搭建线上新平台等为起点,具体介绍虚拟教研室应用智慧平台推动教育教学改革和提升教学质量方面的做法和路径,分析“食品分析”课程虚拟教研室的应用成效。数字技术赋能课程转型,有效融入思政育人元素,课堂气氛活跃,学生参与度一路“狂飙”,学习效果显著提升。数字化技术助推虚拟教研室的发展,赋能深化教育教学改革,促进数字化转型,实现高等教育的高质量发展。With the coming of the digital era,teachers'teaching methods and students'learning modes were quietly changing.As a new type of teaching organization,virtual teaching research center provided new ideas and paradigms for education reform,and showed a profound impact on improving teaching quality,teaching research level,and solving the contradiction between scientific research and teaching in university.Starting from the construction of virtual teaching research center ofFood Analysis"course in our college,we made full use of digital information technology to build micro-course resources and online platform,and specifically introduced the methods and paths of applying intelligent platform to promote education and teaching reform and to improve teaching quality in the virtual teaching research center.The application effect ofFood Analysis"virtual teaching research center was analyzed.The digital technology enabled the transformation of traditional course,and effectively excavated ideological and political elements.After,the students were very positive in class and the learning effect was significantly improved.Digital technology promoted the development of virtual teaching research center,enabled deepening education and teaching reform,promoted digital transformation,and achieved high-quality development of higher education.
