摘 要:“仪器分析”是食品/中医药类院校的一门核心专业课。以课程思政教学目的为出发点,强调课程思政对仪器分析的重要性,重点介绍现代分离技术基本概念、紫外-可见分子吸收光谱、红外光谱、原子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、气相色谱、高效液相色谱、质谱及核磁共振波谱等多种物质结构鉴定方法。针对课程教学中存在的诸如教学质量参差不齐、内容更新滞后、理论与实践脱节和学生实践能力欠缺等问题。立足新时代背景,从教师、高校管理者和学生3个维度,深入探讨提升“仪器分析”课程教学质量的策略。目的在于强化学生的学习效能,锻造其独立分析、解决实际问题的能力。同时,激发其创新精神,培养学生爱国情怀和核心价值观,弘扬科学精神与工匠精神,进而为我国输送更多具备创新精神、复合型和应用技能的高质量专业人才。"Instrumental Analysis"is a core professional course in food/Traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.Starting from the purpose of curriculum ideological and political teaching,the importance of curriculum ideological and political teaching in instrumental analysis is emphasized,and then wefocus on the basic concept of modern separation technology,UV-visible molecular absorption spectrum,infrared spectrum,atomic absorption spectrum,fluorescence spectrum,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,mass spectrometry,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Aim at the problems existing in current curriculum teaching,such as uneven teaching quality,lagging content update,disconnection between theory and practice and lack of students'practical ability,etc.Based on the background of the new era,discuss the strategies to improve the teaching quality of"Instrumental Analysis"from three dimensions of teachers,university administrators and students.The purpose is to strengthen students'learning eficiency and forge their ability to analyze and solve practical problems independently.Meanwhile,stimulate their innovative spirit,cultivate students'patriotic feelings and core values,carry forward the scientific spirit and artisan spirit,and then provide more high-quality professionals with innovative spirit,compound and applied skills for our country.
