摘　　要：蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris(L.ex Fr.)Link.)是一种名贵的中药材,其具有较强抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性。本研究以008菌株为研究载体,经过形态观察和分子鉴定为Cordyceps militaris 008。在液体发酵条件下,首先通过单因素优化,在此基础上进行正交优化实验,确定其最优培养基,并对优化后的多糖进行抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性的研究。结果表明蛹虫草008最优培养基为:木糖量6%,酵母提取物量4.5%,K_(2)HPO_(4)量2.1%。培养条件为温度为21℃,转速为160r/min,装液量为80ml/250mL,接种量为10%,发酵2d。蛹虫草008所产粗多糖具有的较好的抗肿瘤活性,也具有一定的抗氧化活性。Cordyceps militaris is a kind of rare Chinese medicinal materials,which has strong antiox⁃idant activity and anti⁃tumor activity.In this study,Cordyceps 008 was used as the research carrier.Under the condition of liquid fermentation,the carbon and nitrogen sources were used as the single factor.On this basis,orthogonal optimization experiments were conducted to determine the optimal medium,and the antioxidant activity and anti⁃tumor activity of the optimized polysaccharide were studied.The results showed that the optimal medium for Cordyceps militaris 008 was 6%xylose,4.5%yeast extract,2.1%K_(2)HPO_(4),and the optimal fermentation period was 2 days.The culture con⁃ditions were determined as follows:the temperature was 21℃,the rotation speed was 160R/min,the liquid volume was 80ml/250ml,and the inoculum volume was 10%.By studying the anti⁃tumor activity of extracellular polysaccharide in vitro and the scavenging ability of DPPH,hydroxyl radical(·OH)and superoxide radical(O_(2)-·),it is preliminarily judged that the crude polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris 008 has better anti-tumor activity and certain antioxidant activity.
