乡村教育的可能样态:中英甘肃基础教育项目的启示

摘  要:随着我国城镇化进程的不断加速,我国的乡村教育迅速凋敝。在此现实困境下,对20多年前中英甘肃基础教育项目进行回顾和反思,目的是为乡村教育的可能样态提供思路和启发。该项目是中国、英国两国政府合作的第一个较大规模的教育援助项目,在甘肃省的四个贫困县和全省所有教师教育机构开展。以“减少教育贫困,提高教育公平”为宗旨,项目设计了丰富多样的活动,成果有六个方面的产出,涉及乡村教育发展的方方面面。该项目在系统的变革实践、跨界合作与平等参与、创新意识与行动三个方面取得了重要经验,这对我国乡村教育的振兴乃至世界范围内的教育发展有一定的参考和启迪。In the context of the rapid deterioration of rural education resulting from the escalation of urbanization in China,retrospection and reflection of the China-U.K.Gansu Basic Education Project more than 20 years ago may provide some ideas for building a different modality of rural education.The Project was the first large-scale education aid project between Chinese and British governments,taking place in the four poverty-stricken counties and all the teacher education institutions in Gansu Province.With the goal of reducing education poverty and increasing education equity,the Project implemented an extremely rich variety of activities with six outcomes covering all aspects of rural education development.The most important experiences of the Project included systematic reform practice,boundary-crossing equal participation,and innovative ideas and actions.These experiences can provide references and insights for the rural education revitalization in China as well as the general education development worldwide.
