摘 要:目的:在儿童肺功能检查教学中,探讨不同职称、学历及专业技术类别的教师与教学质量的关系。方法:回顾性分析2018年和2019年儿童呼吸专科护士培训班87名学员的考试成绩和教学满意度,根据教师职称及专业技术类别进行分组比较。结果:中高级组和初级组、医师组和技师组学员组间比较考试成绩及教学满意度均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在儿童肺功能检查教学中,对于非肺功能检查从业人员的基础性培训,只要教师专业知识和教学水平是合格的,不同职称、学历及专业技术类别的教师与教学质量无相关性,科室可根据人力资源合理安排教师。Objective:This study explores the relationship between teaching quality and teachers with different professional titles,educational backgrounds,and professional technical categories in the context of children's pulmonary function examination education.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the test scores and teaching satisfaction of 87 trainees in the pediatric respiratory specialist nurse training programs held in 2018 and 2019.Comparisons were made based on teachers'professional titles and technical categories.Results:No significant differences were found in test scores and teaching satisfaction between the intermediate/advanced and junior groups,nor between the physician and technician groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the basic training of non-pulmonary function examination practitioners in children's pulmonary function education,as long as teachers'professional knowledge and teaching capabilities are adequate,the professional title,educational background,and technical category of the teachers do not significantly affect teaching quality.The department can therefore arrange teachers based on available human resources.
