摘  要:劳动教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,蕴含着深刻的育人价值,全面加强劳动教育是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必要途径。高校在劳动教育的实施过程中,面临学生对劳动教育的认识不足、课程设计需进一步优化、理论与实践结合不够紧密、评价体系不够完善等问题。通过深入分析劳动教育的价值意蕴,提出通过思政课程铸魂育人、提升课程劳育质效、优化实践劳育体系、营造文化劳育氛围、构建数字劳育平台等举措,旨在构建协同育人的新局面,切实提升劳动教育的实效性。Labor education is an important component of the national education system and carries profound educational value.Strengthening labor education comprehensively is a necessary approach for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talent.The implementation of labor education in universities faces several challenges,including insufficient awareness among students,the need for further optimization of course design,a lack of integration between theory and practice,and an incomplete evaluation system.By analyzing the value implications of labor education,this study proposes several strategies to address these challenges:using ideological and political courses to shape student s’moral character,enhancing the quality and effectiveness of labor education courses,optimizing the practical labor education system,creating a cultural atmosphere for labor education,and constructing a digital platform for labor education.These measures aim to create a collaborative educational environment and significantly improve the effectiveness of labor education.
