摘　　要：聚焦浙江省高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,以省内多所高校的丰富案例为依托,采用科学抽样与深度访谈结合的方法,辅以大数据分析技术,揭示思政课教师队伍建设的成功模式与亮点,同时深入剖析存在的问题,包括教师个体能力差异、高校资源配置不均和社会环境复杂影响等。针对上述挑战,研究提出突出教师自我管理、狠抓高校校本管理、深化政府社会多方管理的对策,为提升思政课教师队伍建设质量提供科学参考。This study focuses on the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.Relying on rich cases from multiple colleges and universities in the province,it adopts a method combining scientific sampling and in-depth interviews,supplemented by big data analysis technology.It reveals the successful models and highlights of teacher team construction.At the same time,it deeply analyzes the existing problems,including individual ability differences of teachers,uneven distribution of college resources,and the complex influence of the social environment.In response to the above challenges,the study proposes countermeasures such as highlighting teachers’self-management,vigorously implementing college-based management,and deepening multi-party management by the government and society,providing a scientific reference for improving the construction of ideological and political theory teacher teams.
