摘  要:目的调查贵州医科大学眼视光医学专业本科生学习医学英语的动机特点、对课程现状的评价及优化需求,为课程设计与教学改进提供参考。方法采用问卷调查和半结构化访谈相结合的方法,对150名眼视光医学专业学生进行研究。问卷调查涵盖学习动机、课程现状评价及课程需求等内容,访谈进一步挖掘学生对课程的具体建议。数据采用描述性统计、相关性分析及定性分析。结果学生学习动机主要为职业发展需求(4.35±0.72)和学术研究需要(4.12±0.65),其次为提升个人能力(3.78±0.89)和个人兴趣(3.52±0.80)。学生对课程内容的相关性(3.43±0.13)和教学形式的多样性(3.17±0.12)评价为中等满意度,而对评价体系的合理性(2.81±0.09)满意度较低。相关性分析显示,职业发展需求与课程内容满意度显著正相关(r=0.675,P=0.010),学术研究兴趣与教学形式满意度正相关(r=0.552,P<0.001),而提升个人能力与评价方式满意度无显著相关性(r=0.121,P=0.050)。需求分析显示,85.3%的学生希望加强专业词汇学习,78.0%关注国际文献阅读,71.3%建议增加病例分析环节;同时,68.0%倾向于案例教学,65.3%偏好小组讨论。英语基础(CET-4通过情况)与课程需求之间存在显著正相关性(r=0.928,P=0.010)。CET-4未通过学生更关注基础英语技能(语法、词汇),而CET-4通过学生更倾向于文献阅读和学术能力的提升。结论眼视光医学英语课程需从内容、形式及评价体系等方面优化,以提升学生职业能力与学术素养。Objective To investigate the motivational characteristics for learning medical English among undergraduate students in the optometry program at Guizhou Medical University,evaluate the current state of the course,and identify optimization needs to provide a reference for course design and teaching improvement.Methods A combination of questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews was conducted with 150 optometry students.The questionnaire covered topics such as learning motivation,course evaluation,and course needs,while interviews further explored specific suggestions from students regarding the course.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and qualitative analysis.Results Students'primary motivations for learning were related to career development needs(4.35±0.72)and academic research needs(4.12±0.65),followed by personal skill enhancement(3.78±0.89)and personal interest(3.52±0.80).Students rated the relevance of course content(3.43±0.13)and the diversity of teaching methods(3.17±0.12)with moderate satisfaction,while their satisfaction with the rationality of the evaluation system was lower(2.81±0.09).Correlation analysis demonstrated that career development needs were significantly positively correlated with satisfaction regarding course content(r=0.675,P=0.010),and academic research interest was positively correlated with satisfaction regarding teaching methods(r=0.552,P<0.001),while personal skill enhancement showed no significant correlation with satisfaction regarding evaluation methods(r=0.121,P=0.050).Needs analysis indicated that 85.3%of students wished to strengthen their professional vocabulary learning,78.0%focused on reading international literature,and 71.3%suggested increasing case analysis sessions;additionally,68.0%preferred case-based teaching,and 65.3%favored group discussions.There was a significant positive correlation between basic English proficiency(CET-4 passing status)and course needs(r=0.928,P=0.010).Students who had not passed the CET-4 were m
