基于虚拟仿真培训系统的PBL教学在麻醉科住院医师入科教育中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨基于虚拟仿真培训系统的PBL教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训入科教育中的实施效果。方法选取2021届、2022届麻醉科住院医师40名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20人。观察组入科教育采取基于虚拟仿真培训系统的PBL教学模式,对照组采取传统模式。两组住院医师在为期两周的临床带教后进行技能操作和麻醉危机案例分析考核,并调查教学效果满意度。结果观察组操作考试成绩(86.9±4.4)分高于对照组(83.1±6.0)分;观察组理论考试成绩(86.6±4.6)分高于对照组(82.0±6.1)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。住院医师对入科教育满意度评分观察组(9.2±0.4)分高于对照组(7.1±0.8)分;指导医师对住院医师满意度评分观察组(8.1±0.6)分高于对照组(6.7±0.9)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于虚拟仿真培训系统的PBL教学在麻醉科入科教育中具有明显优势,值得推广。Objective To discuss the implementation effect of PBL teaching based on virtual simulation training system in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents.Methods Forty residents in 2021 and 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 20 residents in each group.The observation group implemented the PBL teaching mode based on the virtual simulation training system,and the control group implemented the traditional mode of subject education.After two weeks of clinical teaching,assessments on skill operation and anesthesia crisis case analysis were conducted in the two groups,and the residents'satisfaction with teaching effect and guiding doctors'satisfaction with residents were investigated.Results The observation group had a higher score in skill operation than the control group[(86.9±4.4)vs(83.1±6.0),P<0.05],and a higher score of the theory test[(86.6±4.6)vs(82.0±6.1),P<0.05].In the observation group,the resident education satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group[(9.2±0.4)vs(7.1±0.8),P<0.05],and the instructors'satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group[(8.1±0.6)vs(6.7±0.9),P<0.05].Conclusion PBL teaching based on virtual simulation training system has obvious advantages in the education of anesthesiology and is worth popularizing.
