摘　　要：在“一带一路”倡议推行进程中,道路交通管理与控制课程的留学研究生教学存在着课程内容国际化与适配性不足、教学模式与资源整合不足、评估与实践环节设计欠缺等问题。本文在深入剖析这些问题的基础上,借助线上线下相结合的混合教学模式,提出课程内容国际化与分层设计、深化线上线下教学资源融合、多元评估体系构建与实践能力培养、针对留学生的教学策略等教学改革措施。同时结合交通管理与控制教学科研资源,设计具体的教学实践方案,重点提升留学研究生在道路交通管理与控制领域的综合能力与实践经验。通过此教学改革措施,旨在提升道路交通管理与控制课程教学效果,探索交通管理与控制领域国际化人才培养的新路径,助力高等教育国际化和学术交流深化发展。In the process of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative,the teaching of road traffic management and control courses for international graduate students faces several challenges,including insufficient internationalization and adaptability of course content,inadequate integration of teaching models and resources,and deficiencies in the design of assessment and practical training.Based on an in-depth analysis of these issues,this study proposes teaching reform measures through a hybrid teaching model that combines online and offline approaches.These measures include the internationalization and tiered design of course content,deep integration of online and offline teaching resources,the construction of a diversified evaluation system and the cultivation of practical abilities,as well as tailored teaching strategies for international students.Drawing on the teaching and research resources of traffic management and control,the study designs specific teaching practice plans to enhance the comprehensive capabilities and practical experience of international graduate students in this field.This teaching reform aims to improve the effectiveness of teaching in road traffic management and control courses,explore new pathways for cultivating international talent in this domain,and contribute to the internationalization of higher education and the deepening of academic exchange.
