摘 要:目的探索在检验科临床实习生带教中开展案例式基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式的价值。方法选取2024年1—8月临沂市兰山区人民医院30名检验科临床实习生为研究对象,按信封法分为两组,每组15名,对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组实施案例式PBL教学模式,比较两组的教学质量、教学成绩和满意度。结果研究组的教学质量和满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的理论成绩为(87.54±8.72)分,技能成绩为(87.14±9.17)分,能力成绩为(88.69±6.23)分,高于对照组的(72.41±7.87)分、(75.18±8.24)分、(73.87±5.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.989、3.757、6.647,P均<0.05)。结论在检验科的临床带教中开展案例式PBL教学模式,能有效提高教学质量和实习生的成绩,教学满意度较高。Objective To explore the value of case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in clinical intern teaching in clinical laboratory.Methods Thirty clinical interns in the clinical laboratory of Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from January to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups with fifteen in each group according to envelope method.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode and the research group implemented case-based PBL teaching mode.The teaching performance,teaching quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching quality and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of theoretical in the study group was 87.54±8.72,the score of skill was 87.14±9.17 and the score of ability was 88.69±6.23,which were higher than 72.41±7.87,75.18±8.24 and 73.87±5.98 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.989,3.757,6.647,all P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the teaching quality and the achievement of interns,and the teaching satisfaction is higher.
