摘 要:高职院校劳动教育课程应打造技术习得模块课程,着力培养基本劳动素养;重视职业体悟,着力培养职业劳动素养;打造数字化模块课程,着力培养数字劳动素养。提出三条建设策略:深刻把握领会劳动教育性质和基本理念,立德树人贯穿全局;树立“大劳动教育观”,推进教育主体融汇提升;打造劳育联盟,组建劳育协同创新实践共同体。The labor education courses in higher vocational institutes should create a technology acquisition module course,focusing on cultivating basic labor literacy;pay attention to vocational understanding,focusing on cultivating vocational labor literacy;and create a digital module course,focusing on cultivating digital labor literacy.The paper puts forward three construction strategies:to deeply grasp the nature and basic idea of labor education,with fostering virtue through education running throughout the whole process;to establish a"big view of labor education",promoting the integration and enhancement of the main body of education;to build a labor education alliance,establishing a community of practice for collaborative innovation in labor education.
