摘　　要：王阳明心性论主要有心即理、致良知、知行合一和事上磨等思想,其中蕴含着丰富且深邃的积极心理学思想“.心即理”鼓励人们深入内心,挖掘、激发自身的潜能,从而实现内在的和谐与成长“.致良知”鼓励人们去除私欲,回归本心,在面对苦难和挑战时保持积极的心态和行动,在现代社会中保持清醒的头脑和坚定的道德立场“.知行合一”强调积极心理学的实践精神,为人们提供了一种积极向上的生活态度和价值追求,激励人们将理论转化为实际的行动力“.事上磨”启迪人们以积极的心态、坚定的信念、必胜的信心、乐观精神等对待难事囧事,把它们作为进德修业,增益所不能的机会或途径.Wang Yangming's temperament theory(Xinxing's Theory)is mainly composed of thoughts such as Xin being Li(mind is principle),extension of intuitive knowledge(Zhi-liangzhi),the unity of knowledge and action,honing in on things(Shi-shang-mo),which contains rich and profound positive psychology thoughts."Xin being Li(mind is principle)"encourages people to go deep inside,tap and stimulate their own potential,so as to achieve their inner harmonious growth or development."Extension of intuitive knowledge(Zhi-liangzhi)"encourages people to get rid of selfish desires,return to their original heart(Ben-xin),maintain a positive attitude and action in the face of suffering,afflictions and challenges,and maintain a clear mind and a firm moral stance in modern society."Unity of knowledge and action"emphasizes the practical spirit of positive psychology,provides people with a positive attitude toward life and value pursuit,and encourages people to transform the theory into the actual action force,just do it and try their best."Honing in on things(Shi-shang-mo)"inspires people to treat difficult and embarrassing things with a positive attitude,firm belief,confidence to win,optimism,etc.,and regard them as opportunities or ways to improve morality and cultivation and gain what they cannot do.
