摘 要:随着物质生活水平的不断提高与商品经济的持续发展,我国社会正逐步演变为一个消费社会。消费社会的形成以符号秩序对人这一原有消费主体的取代为标志,并通过科学技术的发展、消费链环的强制、符号价值的扩张巩固自身的稳定性。教师文化异化的问题源于消费社会对教育体系所产生的不良影响。异化的具体表征包括教师形象庸俗化,由“圣贤”沦为“供职者”;教师角色边缘化,从“主体”走向“辅助者”;教师精神空洞化,以“功利”取代“使命感”。基于对消费社会的审思,唯有借制度平衡师生关系,用交流重塑教育主体,以共同体反思教师使命才能找到教师文化异化的应对之策。With the continuous improvement of the material living standards and the sustained development of the commodity economy,Chinese society is gradually evolving into a consumer society.The formation of a consumer society is marked by the replacement of human beings,the original consumption subjects,by the symbolic order,and it consolidates its own stability through the development of science and technology,the coercion of the consumption chain,and the expansion of symbolic value.The problem of the alienation of teacher culture stems from the adverse effects of the consumer society on the education system.The specific manifestations of alienation include the vulgarization of the teacher s image,degrading from a“sage”to a“jobholder”;the marginalization of the teacher s role,shifting from a“subject”to an“auxiliary”;and the hollowness of the teacher s spirit,replacing the“sense of mission”with“utilitarianism”.Based on the reflection on the consumer society,only by using the system to balance the relationship between teachers and students,using communication to reshape the educational subjects,and using the community to reflect on the teacher s mission can we find the countermeasures against the alienation of teacher culture.
