小学数学同步课堂师生互动行为研究——以湖州市A小学“数与代数”课为例

摘  要:同步课堂是国家为推动教育均衡发展而重点推广的一种新教学模式。以三节城乡结对的小学数学同步课堂为研究对象,采用改进型弗兰德斯互动分析系统进行量化分析,并结合具体案例片段,深入剖析小学数学同步课堂中的师生互动行为。研究结果表明:信息技术与同步课堂教学能够实现有机结合,但仍存在网络设备突发故障等问题;在教学过程中,学生占据主体地位,教师发挥主导作用;相较于中高年级,低年级课堂中教师的指示性言语更为频繁;课堂氛围整体不够活跃,学生的参与度和积极性有待提高;数学课堂的互动形式主要表现为“教师提问—学生回答”,以学生操作练习为主,教师及时给予反馈。The synchronous classroom represents an innovative pedagogical model that promotes balanced educational development.This study investigates primary school mathematics synchronous classrooms across three urban-rural paired settings,utilizing a Improved Flanders Interaction Analysis System for quantitative evaluation.Through case-specific analysis,it examines the dynamics of teacher-student interaction within these synchronous environments.The findings indicate that while the integration of information technology with synchronous classroom instruction is feasible,challenges related to unexpected network equipment failures persist.In the teaching process,students are positioned as the central focus,with teachers adopting a guiding role.Notably,directive speech from teachers is more prevalent in lower grades than in middle and upper grades.Overall classroom engagement remains inadequate,highlighting the need for improvements in student participation and enthusiasm.Interactions in mathematics classrooms predominantly follow a“teacher asks-student answers”pattern,supplemented by operational exercises;teachers provide timely and effective feedback throughout this process.
