摘 要:新理念下,日常集体备课、磨课,甚至竞赛展示课依然落入只关注如何“教”的窠臼,往往都侧重如何架构知识、如何设计问题、如何体现教学艺术等一系列以教师为出发点的“教”。基于学生立场的“教”是如何教的前提,在教学中需要“捕捉疑惑”“任务牵引”“类比迁移”“入境模仿”,让学生从思维自觉、情感体验、认知获得多维度融入教与学中,才能将学生真正“请进”课堂,推动素养落地和提升教学效益。Under the new educational paradigm,routine collaborative lesson preparation,lesson refinement,and'even competition-oriented demonstration classes often remain trapped in the conventional focus on"how to teach."This approach predominantly emphasizes knowl-edge structuring,question design,and pedagogical artistryall centered on the teacher's per-spective.A student-centered approach to teaching,however,must first address"how to teach"by grounding itself in learners'needs.Through processes such as identifying student confu-sions,task-driven engagement,analogical transfer,and contextualized imitation,students can be holistically integrated into teaching and learning across three dimensions:cognitive activa-tion,emotional immersion,and knowledge acquisition.Only by truly"inviting students into the classroom"in this manner can we effectively advance competency development and enhance in-structional efficacy.
