问题式教学模式在医学影像科实习带教中的应用效果研究

摘  要:目的探讨医学影像科实习带教期间应用问题式教学模式的效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年7月在临沂市兰山区兰山街道社区卫生服务中心实习的22名影像科实习生为研究对象,按教学模式不同分为两组,每组11名。参照组采用传统影像科教学模式,研究组采用问题式教学模式。对比两组教学质量、考核成绩以及教学总满意度。结果研究组教学质量、考核成绩优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学总满意度为100.00%(11/11),高于参照组的54.55%(6/11),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学影像科实习带教中有效应用问题式教学模式,可提升教学质量以及教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying problem-based teaching mode during the internship teaching in medical imaging department.Methods Twenty-two imaging interns who were interned in Lanshan Street Community Health Service Center,Lanshan District,Linyi City,from April 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of eleven in each group according to the different teaching mode.The reference group adopted the traditional teaching mode of imaging department and the research group adopted the problembased teaching mode.The quality of teaching,assessment scores and total satisfaction of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching quality and assessment scores of the research group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of teaching in the research group was 100.00%(11/11),which was higher than 54.55%(6/11)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective application of problem-based teaching mode in medical imaging internship teaching can improve teaching quality as well as teaching satisfaction.
