基于压力认知评价理论的工科大学生“内卷”现象解析

摘  要:采用扎根理论研究法对27名工科大学生进行深度访谈,并基于压力认知评价理论构建工科大学生“内卷”现象影响因素与形成机制模型。结果发现:家庭压力累积、学生评价导向、社会竞争环境、压力认知评价和压力应对策略是影响工科大学生“内卷”现象的主要因素;家庭压力累积和学生评价导向在压力源中起主要作用,社会竞争环境在压力源中起次要作用;压力认知评价和压力应对策略存在交互作用。因此,为促进工科大学生心理健康和全面发展,建议发挥家庭支持引导作用,推进学业评价体系改革,推动良好社会风尚形成,构建完善心理支持体系,大力弘扬科学报国精神。This study employed grounded theory research methodology to conduct in-depth interviews with 27 engineering undergraduates.A model of the influencing factors and formation mechanism of the“involution”among engineering undergraduates was developed based on Cognitive Appraisal Theory of Stress.The results revealed that family pressure accumulation,student evaluation orientation,social competition environment,cognitive appraisal of stress,and stress coping strategies are the primary factors influencing the“involution”among engineering undergraduates.Among stress sources,family pressure accumulation and student evaluation orientation play a primary role,while the social competition environment plays a secondary role.There is an interactive effect between cognitive appraisal of stress and stress coping strategies.Therefore,it is necessary to leverage the guiding role of family support,promote the reform of academic evaluation systems,foster a positive social ethos,build a comprehensive psychological support system,and vigorously promote the scientific mindset to promote the mental health and comprehensive of engineering undergraduates.
