摘　　要：教育家精神与新时代职教“大先生”均代表着对教育工作者的崇高赞誉与深切期望,体现了教育工作者对教育事业的深刻理解、热爱与不懈追求。提出了强化师德师风建设、提升教师专业素养、创新教育教学方法、强化实践育人环节、完善评价激励机制等实践路径,并进一步从政策支持与制度建设、教师培训与发展、产教融合与校企合作、激励机制与荣誉表彰、文化营造与氛围构建等方面提出了具体的推进策略,旨在全面推动职教“大先生”建设,提升职业教育的整体质量和影响力。The spirit of educator and the new era of vocational education"Great Teachers"represent the high praise and deep expectations of educators,reflecting the deep understanding,love and relentless pursuit of the cause of education.We propose to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality,enhance teachers'professionalism,innovate education and teaching methods,strengthen the practice of educating people,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism and other practical paths.In addition,specific promotion strategies are proposed in terms of policy support and system construction,teacher training and development,industry-college integration and college-enterprise cooperation,incentive mechanism and honor recognition,and culture and atmosphere construction.The aim is to comprehensively promote the construction of"Great Teachers"in vocational education and enhance the overall quality and influence of vocational education.
