摘 要:协同学习是以小组或团队的形式组织学生进行学习的一种方式。它注重学生之间的协作与互动,强调学生群体在讨论、协商与互助的过程中,共同解决问题,建构知识,达成预期目标。目前,高职学生协同学习存在三大困境:一是困于传统课堂,协同效果甚微;二是碍于时空阻隔,协同过程不畅;三是囿于组织无序,协同团队缺失。在职业教育数字化转型的背景下,数字技术赋能高职学生协同学习须以构建“活力课堂”为逻辑起点,以学习空间与技术空间融合为逻辑中介,以培养具有团队协作精神的技能人才为逻辑旨归。对此,高职院校应依托多元技术,提高课堂交互质量;重构学习时空,优化学生协同过程;发展组织文化,构建数字化学习团队。Collaborative learning is an instructional approach that organizes students into small groups or teams to engage in learning activities.It emphasizes collaboration and interaction among students,highlighting the process through which student groups collectively solve problems,construct knowledge,and achieve learning objectives by engaging in discussion,negotiation,and mutual support.At present,there are three major dilemmas in collaborative learning for higher vocational students:fist,they are trapped in the traditional classroom,with litle collaborative effect;second,they are hindered by the time and space barriers,with poor collaborative processes;and third,they are confined to the organizational disorder,with the lack of collaborative teams.In the context of digital transformation of vocational education,leveraging digital technology to empower collaborative learning for higher vocational student should take the construction of"dynamic classroom"as the logical starting point,the integration of learning space and technology space as the logical intermediary,and the cultivation of skilled talents with team spirit as the logical destination.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should leverage diverse technologies to improve classroom interaction quality,restructure learning spaces and timelines to optimize collaborative processes,and foster organizational cultures to build digitally enabled learning groups.
