摘 要:本文系统梳理了新中国成立以来我国超常儿童教育实践75年的发展历程。我国超常儿童教育实践经历了探索期、发展期、调整期和创新期四个阶段。社会发展需求、国家政策及科学研究成果推动了我国超常儿童教育实践的发展。梳理超常儿童教育实践发展历程,反思现阶段我国超常儿童教育存在的问题,提出如下建议:优化选育体系、建立超常儿童师资标准和培训体系、加强对心理健康问题的关注,为在实践中满足超常儿童的教育需求、探索超常儿童教育发展的有效路径提供参考。This paper systematically reviews the development course of the 75 years of gifted children's education practice in China.Since the founding of New China,the practice of education for gifted children in China has gone through four stages:the exploration period,the development period,the adjustment period and the innovation period.Social development needs,national policies and academic research achievements constitute the deep logic of the development of the gifted children's education practice in China.Based on the development history and logic of the education of gifted children,this paper reflects on the existing problems in the education of exceptional children in China at this stage and put forward the following suggestions:improve and implement the policy guarantee,optimize the education selection system,set up the standard and training system for the teachers of gifted children,and strengthen the attention to mental health issues,etc.,so as to better meet the educational needs of gifted children and to explore the effective path for the sustainable development of education for gifted children in practice.
