摘  要:高中起始阶段英语学科的重要性体现在多个方面,它不仅关乎学生的学习成绩和未来发展,更影响他们的个人成长和国际视野。同时,高中起始阶段的英语教学面临诸多难点,如学生英语水平参差不齐、学生学习兴趣和动力不足、教学方法单一、学生英语应用能力较弱、学生学习任务重、教学评价体系不完善等。为了应对这些教学难点,提出一系列针对性的对策,要实施分层教学,满足不同层次学生的需求,激发学生学习兴趣、提高学习动力,创新教学方法、提升教学效果,完善教学评价体系、全面评估学生的学习成果,以期为高中起始阶段英语教师提供有效的教学策略,提高教学质量,促进学生的全面发展。The importance of English as a subject at the beginning of high school is reflected in multiple aspects.It not only affects students'academic performance and future development,but also influences their personal growth and international perspective.At the same time,English teaching in the initial stage of senior middle school faces many difficulties,such as uneven English proficiency among students,insufficient learning interest and motivation,single teaching methods,weak English application ability of students,heavy learning tasks for students,and imperfect teaching evaluation system.In order to address these teaching difficulties,a series of targeted measures have been proposed:implementing hierarchical teaching to meet the needs of students at different levels,stimulating students'interest in learning,improving learning motivation,innovating teaching methods,enhancing teaching effectiveness,improving the teaching evaluation system,and comprehensively evaluating students'learning outcomes,in order to provide effective teaching strategies for senior middle school English teachers at the beginning stage,improve teaching quality,and promote students'comprehensive development.
