摘 要:健康中国2030规划纲要对康复治疗人才培养提出了新的要求,课程改革被视为提高人才培养质量的关键途径。在“十一五”国家级示范专业建设期间,天津医学高等专科学校康复专业构建了以物理治疗、作业治疗、言语治疗三大技术为核心,并聚焦于运动系统疾病与中枢神经系统疾病康复的课程体系。随着课程体系改革的深入,笔者发现学生基础医学知识与康复治疗知识之间链接不紧密,基础医学对康复医学的支撑不足,因此本轮课程体系改革深入探索基础医学课程与康复医学课程的纵向衔接点,以促进学生对康复专业课程的理解,打破学科间壁垒,使基础医学对康复医学知识有更好的支撑。The outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan puts forward new requirements for the training of rehabilitation therapy talents,and curriculum reform is regarded as a key way to improve the quality of talent training.During the construction of the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan"national demonstration major,the rehabilitation major of Tianjin Medical College has built a curriculum system with physical therapy,occupational therapy and speech therapy as the core,and focuses on the rehabilitation of motor system diseases and central nervous system diseases.As the curriculum system reform has deepened,the author have found that the link between basic medical knowledge and rehabilitation therapy knowledge is not tight,and the support of basic medical knowledge for rehabilitation medicine is insufficient.Therefore,this round of curriculum system reform deeply explores the vertical connection point between basic medical curriculum and rehabilitation medical curriculum to promote students'understanding of rehabilitation professional curriculum,break down the barriers between disciplines,and provide better support for rehabilitation medical knowledge from basic medical knowledge.
