摘　　要：运动营养食品作为特殊用途食品,既是普通人在三餐之外另加的“营养餐”,亦是运动人士和职业运动员的必需补充品。本文阐述了运动营养食品的概念及分类;结合《运动营养食品中食品添加剂和食品营养强化剂使用规定》、GB 24154标准解读了食品添加剂和食品营养强化剂的使用规定,从政府、生产者和消费者方面提出使用建议,为促进运动营养食品市场的健康发展提供参考。As a special-purpose food,sports nutritious food is not only a"nutritious meal"added by ordinary people in addition to three meals,but also a necessary supplement for athletes and professional athletes.This paper expounds the concept and classification of sports nutritious food;Combined with"Regulations on the Use of Food Additives and Food Nutrition Enhancers in Sports Nutrition Foods"and GB 24154 standard,this paper interprets the regulations on the use of food additives and food nutrition enhancers,and puts forward some suggestions on the use from the aspects of government,producers and consumers,so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of sports nutrition food market.
