摘  要:微生物检测技术在食品检验中扮演着至关重要的角色,是保障食品安全和质量的核心手段之一。随着食品安全问题的日益复杂化,传统的微生物检测方法已无法完全满足现代食品工业的需求,快速、灵敏和高效的检测技术逐渐成为研究热点。本文探讨了不同检测技术的原理及发展趋势,为食品微生物检测的研究和实践提供了参考。Microbial detection technology plays a crucial role in food inspection,and is one of the core means to ensure food safety and quality.With the increasing complexity of food safety issues,traditional microbial detection methods have been unable to fully meet the needs of modern food industry,and rapid,sensitive and efficient detection technology has gradually become a research focus.The principle and development trend of different detection techniques were discussed in this paper,which provided reference for the research and practice of food microbiological detection.
