摘 要:民族地区新质生产力的发展要求大量高质量的少数民族理工科人才支撑。少数民族理工科大学生的成长过程既有普遍性规律又有特殊性,需要予以特别关注。原有的关于少数民族理工科人才的培养多简单套用普通高校的人才培养模式,质量欠佳,需专门研究。鉴于此,中央民族大学在国家政策的支持下以理工科民族实验班为基地,先后经过“散养”模式、“单一集中”模式和“混和”模式阶段的探索,现在进入顺应新时代的“融和”模式阶段,从思政铸魂、文化育人和实践育人以及多渠道助力就业,全过程、全方位探索了理工科高层次、高质量人才培养的有效路径,目前培养的学生不仅能够合格毕业而且迈向卓越,积累了丰富的办班育人经验。在教育强国的背景下,本文通过深度剖析案例,以期为民族地区高质量发展培养更多、更好的理工科人才提供借鉴。The development of new productive forces in ethnic minority areas requires the support of a large number of high-quality science and engineering talents of ethnic minorities.The growth process of minority science and engineering college students has both universal laws and particularities,which need special attention.The original cultivation of science and engineering talents for ethnic minorities was mostly based on simply adopting the talent training model of ordinary colleges and universities,resulting in poor quality,so it needs to be specially studied.In view of this,with the support of national policies,Minzu University of China has taken the national experimental class of science and engineering as the base,and has successively explored the“free-range”mode,the“single concentration”mode and the“mixed”mode,and now advancing to the“integration”model that conforms to the new era.It has accumulated rich experience in running classes and educating people.In the context of building a leading country in education,this paper analyzes cases in depth,in order to provide reference for cultivating more and better science and engineering talents for the high-quality development of ethnic minority areas.
