摘　　要：乌卡时代高校科技伦理教育具有落实“立德树人”之教化育人、规约主体之“科技向善”、促进人才之“负责任创新”的三维本质蕴含与内在特征,有必然逻辑、价值逻辑与生态逻辑的三重逻辑遵循。未来推进高校科技伦理教育的实践进路在于以乌卡时代社会发展的特征与规律为根本遵循,以有效解答高校科技伦理教育“为何教、教给谁、谁来教、教什么、怎么教”等一系列问题为根本举措,持续革新复杂多维的高校科技伦理教育体系,重塑高校科技伦理教育新生态,从而更好地为中国式现代化建设提供坚实支撑。The ethical education of science and technology in universities during the VUCA era has a three-dimensional essence and inherent characteristics of implementing the education and nurturing of“moral character and talent cultivation”,regulating the subject of“science and technology towards goodness”,and promoting the“responsible innovation”of talents.It follows the triple logic of inevitable logic,value logic,and ecological logic.The practical approach to promoting the scientific and technological ethics education in colleges and universities in the future is to follow the characteristics and laws of the economic and social development in the VUCA era,take the effective solutions to a series of questions such as“why to teach,who to be taught,who to teach,what to teach,and how to teach”of the scientific and technological ethics education in colleges and universities as the fundamental measures,continue to innovate the complex and multi-dimensional scientific and technological ethics education system in colleges and universities,and reshape the new ecology of scientific and technological ethics education in colleges and universities,so as to better provide solid support for the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
