摘  要:基层教学组织是我国高校内部最基本的集体性教学组织结构,在长期的历史发展中出现了组织建设滞后、组织功能弱化、管理制度不完善等问题。本文通过对基层教学组织基本内涵的探明、发展历程的追溯,梳理和分析了基层教学组织建设存在的问题,明确在新形势下需秉持与人才培养、专业发展、教学改革、师资培养相适应的设置原则,并以此为基点提出了激活基层教学组织效能的策略与思考,共同组成基层教学组织的“三重逻辑”。The grassroots teaching organizations are the most fundamental collective teaching structures within Chinese universities.Over a long historical development,they have encountered issues such as delayed organizational construction,weakened organizational functions,and incomplete management systems.This article explores the basic connotations of grassroots teaching organizations and traces their developmental history,identifying and analyzing the existing problems in their construction.It clarifies that under new circumstances,it is necessary to adhere to principles that align with talent cultivation,professional development,teaching reform,and faculty training.Based on this foundation,the article proposes strategies and reflections to enhance the effectiveness of grassroots teaching organizations,forming the“threefold logic”of grassroots teaching organization.
