摘  要:职业院校教师数字素养提升是推动职业教育数字化转型的重要抓手,对促进职业教育高质量发展、提高人才培养水平、构建个性化教学生态具有重要价值。然而,当前惯习牵制、理念滞后、资源失衡、机制不足、保障缺乏、评价失准等现实困境,制约了职业院校教师数字素养培育实效的提升。为此,需致力探索职业院校教师数字素养培育的优化路径:一是理念引领,革新数字化教学思维观念,明晰数字化转型本质;二是系统培育,完善数字化资源供给配置,构建精准多元的培训体系;三是保障护航,营造浸润式发展环境,建立常态高效的评价反馈机制。The improvement of digital literacy of vocational college teachers is an important starting point for promoting the digital transformation of vocational education.It is of great value for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,improving the level of talent cultivation,and building a personalized teaching ecology.However,current practical dilemmas such as habitual constraints,lagging concepts,unbalanced resources,insufficient mechanisms,lack of guarantees,and inaccurate evaluations have restricted the improvement of the effectiveness of cultivating the digital literacy of vocational college teachers.To this end,it is necessary to explore the optimized path for cultivating the digital literacy of vocational college teachers:First,strengthen the guiding concept by reforming digital teaching thinking concepts and clarifying the essence of digital transformation;second,set up a system by improving the supply and allocation of digital resources and constructing a precise and diversified training system;third,guarantee the support by creating an immersive development environment and establishing a normal and efficient evaluation and feedback mechanism.
