摘 要:教师教学团队建设是引领教育教学模式改革创新、落实立德树人根本任务、推进人才培养质量持续提升的根本保证。为了更好地适应新兴大健康产业发展需要、职业教育高质量发展需求以及新时代教师队伍发展要求,护理(母婴护理方向)教师教学创新团队基于共生理论,通过跨界融合组建结构化、高水平团队,围绕立德树人,创新“1+N”团队建设模式,重构“四域五融”模块化课程体系,打造“联盟/共同体+产业学院”的产教融合平台,不断探索创新团队的建设路径和机制,有效带动职业教育教师队伍建设和教育教学质量提升。The construction of a teacher teaching team is the fundamental guarantee for leading the reform and innovation of educational and teaching models,implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,and promoting the continuous improvement of talent cultivation quality.In order to better adapt to the development needs of the emerging health industry,the high-quality development of vocational education,and the development requirements of the new era's teacher team,the nursing(maternal and infant care direction)teacher teaching innovation team,based on the symbiotic theory,has formed a structured and high-level team through cross-border integration.Centering on fostering virtue and nurturing talent,it has innovated the"1+N"team construction model,restructured the"four domains and five integrations"modular curriculum system,and built a"alliance/community+industrial college"industry-education integration platform.It continuously explores the construction path and mechanism of the innovation team,effectively driving the construction of the vocational education teacher team and the improvement of educational and teaching quality.
