摘 要:教学反馈是教师对学生行为或言论的分析和回应。为了突破教师教学反馈存在的持续性差、平衡性弱和情感性缺问题,构建“三维突破—三环承载”的教学反馈模式,从时间、对象、形式三个维度着手:时间上保证反馈及时、流程固化,面向个人、小组、班级三类对象,以口头、书面等形式充分沟通,于课前、课中、课后三个环节落实教学反馈,从而积累教学素材,帮助学生高效沉浸课堂、克服学习困难、拉近师生情感距离。The teaching feedback is the teachers’analysis and response to students’behavior or speech.In order to solve the problems like the poor continuity,weak balance,and lack of emotion in teachers’teaching feedback in the process of online teaching,teachers should establish the teaching feedback modes of“three-dimension breakthrough—three-link connection”.The“three-dimension breakthrough”focuses on the time which ensures the feedback in time and the fixed process,the object facing to the individual,group and the whole class,and the form presented by oral and written communication modes.At the same time,teachers should implement the teaching feedback before class,in class and after class so as to accumulate the teaching resources and help students to efficiently immerse in class,overcome learning difficulties,and shorten the emotional distance between teachers and students.
